Shipping

Processing times and estimated delivery dates are provided for reference but may vary due to carrier delays or external factors. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene concerns, wigs and hair products must be unused, unworn, and unaltered for returns or exchanges. Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
