RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


IMPORTANT NOTICE – HYGIENIC PRODUCT CATEGORY

Wigs and hair products are considered personal-use hygienic items.

For the safety of all customers, items that have been opened, worn, altered, or installed are not eligible for return or exchange.


1. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests related to defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

👉 We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it is received.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Product is unopened, unused, and unaltered
  • Lace/net has not been cut or modified
  • Hair has not been washed, brushed, styled, or installed
  • No makeup, odor, or signs of wear
  • All original packaging is intact (wig net, box, tags, accessories)

3. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, worn, or tried-on items
  • Products with cut lace or altered construction
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance / final sale items
  • Returns sent without prior approval (RMA)
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items that fail inspection

4. COLOR & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.


5. INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review and provide a suitable solution.


6. RMA (RETURN AUTHORIZATION) REQUIRED

All approved returns will be issued an RMA number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

8. INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Refunds will be issued only after the item passes inspection.

Items that do not pass inspection may be returned to the customer.


9. SHIPPING FEES

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If free shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund

10. EXCHANGES & SUPPORT

We’re happy to assist with exchanges whenever possible.

11. FINAL DECISION

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for all returns and refunds based on the conditions outlined above.
