Shipping & Order Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • Canada & USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

  • Express options are available at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and the selected shipping method.

Upgraded express shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email, and

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is dispatched.

Please make sure your email and phone number are entered correctly.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Carrier-related delivery issues beyond our control


6. International Orders & Customs

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees required by their local authorities.
Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages after delivery

If an issue occurs, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to start a claim.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations can only be made before your order enters processing.
Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified or cancelled.


9. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy.

👉 Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and must meet all eligibility requirements.

This Shipping & Order Policy does not replace or override the Return Policy.
