Important Notice – Hygienic Product Category
Wigs and hair products are considered hygienic and personal-use items.
For the safety and protection of all customers, opened, worn, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
1. Refund Request Window
Refund or return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Product is unopened, unused, and unaltered

Lace/net/cap is uncut and untouched

Hair has not been washed, brushed, styled, or installed

No makeup, odor, or signs of wear

All original packaging must be intact (wig net, box, labels, accessories)

Customer must contact us before shipping the item back

A valid RMA (Return Authorization Number) must be issued

Item must be shipped within the provided timeframe
Any item not meeting these conditions will be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened, worn, or tried-on items

Products with cut lace or altered construction
-
Customized or special-order items
-
Clearance / Final sale items

Returns sent without RMA approval

Items missing original packaging or accessories

Items that fail inspection
4. Color & Display Disclaimer
Color may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.
Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
5. Incorrect or Defective Items
If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos or videos of the issue

Unboxing proof (if available)
Installed, worn, or altered items cannot be considered defective.
6. RMA Required
All approved returns will receive an RMA number.
Items sent back without an RMA will be automatically rejected.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
8. Inspection Requirement
Refunds are issued only after the item passes quality inspection.
Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer without refund.
9. Shipping Fees Non-Refundable
Shipping costs, including express upgrades, are non-refundable.
If free shipping was used, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
10. Final Decision
We reserve the right to make the final determination on all returns and refunds.
